If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. Please note that software and in-ear monitors are non-returnable once opened due to licensing and hygiene regulations.

Return Process

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories and manuals.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear for quality assurance, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
